How long does it last?: 3-5 hours depending on how your body normally reacts to caffeine.

How long does it take to kick in?: 5-10 minutes.

Does the powder change the color of your drink?: No, it is colorless.

Did I get all of the powder out of the stir stick?: In most cases, if you peel and stir, the product come out with normal stirring for 15 seconds. If you feel some small amount remains, just pop the bottom to release any remaining powder, and this will ensure all the product is released into your beverage.

What if I see a little powder still floating in the beverage or on the bottom of the glass?: All fluids and temperature can change the solubility of our proprietary blend. You can simply stir a little longer, as it’s equally effective regardless. The powder itself can be consumed without being completely soluble, and many of our consumers actually sprinkle the powder into yogurt or oatmeal. There is no harm in doing so, and it’s completely up to your personal taste preference.
